1st happy blog

So… after lots of procrastination, I’ve decided to start blogging about happiness.

Studying happiness has become a bit of a hobby of mine, and I want to share what I’ve learnt. I’m going to talk about:

  • What ‘happiness’ really means
  • How we can control our happiness
  • Resilience and dealing with stress and crisis
  • Attitude, and how it helps
  • Behavioural therapy
  • Tools, tips, techniques to manage your happiness

I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression. I’ve been through tough times; but the things I’ve learnt have made me a stronger, emotionally capable person. I don’t feel there’s any life challenge I can’t handle (and maybe that’s naive… let’s see).
