I have suffered from depression. And boredom. And in-action-itis. Then I decided: it’s time to take responsibility for my life, and make it as awesome as possible. I’ve read books, watched videos, taken courses and attended events – all around the theme of happiness, and achieving great things. I’ve become a happier, more confident person who has tonnes of fun and lives life to the fullest. And now I want to share what I’ve learned with others.

My biggest advice is this:
You’re in control of your thoughts and feelings; you just have to learn how to control them.
Decide the life you want, and then create that reality by setting goals and taking action…
I know this all sounds easier said, than done.
I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety, I’ve had low points and high points. I’ve come a long way, and I want to help others.
