I’ve been studying the concept of happiness and what it means to be happy. It’s more than a moment, more than just doing something that you consider fun (don’t confuse pleasure with happiness).
Happiness comes from within; it’s about your outlook, your attitude and your thoughts. It’s about being open, compassionate, kind, honest, resilient, adaptable.
It’s about a choice. You’re in control of your thoughts and feelings; you just have to learn how to ensure that happiness is your default setting.
I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety, I’ve had low points and high points. I’ve come a long way, and I want to help others.
