Music can give you an instant mood-boost

Music is good for the soul! It can instantly make you feel happier, calmer and/or energised.

I’ve created a ‘feel good’ playlist. It’s great for Monday mornings, anytime I’m feeling a bit low, anxious or flat. I really recommend creating your own, and listening to it whenever you need a quick pick-me-up; singing out-loud and dancing helps too and is a great energy-booster when you’re tired.
