This page explains how the information you give me is processed and how I comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information I hold:

Names and email addresses of people who have emailed me directly. This data is not stored permanently and emails are deleted after I reply.

Names, email address, and postal address of anyone who has won a competition to win a prize. Once the prize has been sent to the winner, I delete this information.

Names and email addresses of those who sign up to my newsletter. The newsletter is ‘double opt in’ and I cannot add you without your consent. The newsletter is to give you an update on my work and any information I feel may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link at the bottom of each newsletter.

No one else has access to this data but myself. It is stored securely on MailChimp’s server and can only be accessed via my login.
